Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on PSL or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use PSL. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately.

Your Health Data

You own your data. All health data you enter into PSL — glucose readings, meal logs, sleep records, check-in entries, and experiment results — belongs to you. We store and process it to provide the service, but you retain full ownership.

You can export your data at any time and request complete deletion of your data and account. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Evidence Portfolio

Your evidence portfolio is a collection of your experiment results and health insights. You control what appears in your portfolio and whether any part of it is shared publicly. Making your portfolio public means anyone with the link can view it. You can change visibility settings at any time.

Brand Partnerships and Experiments

Some experiments on PSL are sponsored by brand partners. When you choose to participate in a brand experiment:

• Your experiment data (glucose responses, outcomes, and feedback) is shared with the sponsoring brand
• Your identity is not shared unless you explicitly consent
• The brand may use aggregated experiment results in their marketing materials
• You may receive compensation or products as part of the experiment, as described in the experiment details

Participation in brand experiments is always voluntary.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to provide medical advice or diagnosis to others
• Submit false or fabricated health data
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent experiment results or evidence

Disclaimer of Warranties

PSL is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that health insights generated by the platform will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. See our Medical Disclaimer for important information about the limitations of health data on this platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSL and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, damages related to health decisions made based on data or insights from the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
